This full-time, salaried role reports to the Controller and is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.This position is 100% on-site — no remote or hybrid options.Key Responsibilities:Record and maintain accurate financial transactionsReconcile general ledger accounts monthlyMonitor and analyze cost accounting data to ensure proper expense and production allocationsAssist with month-end and year-end closeProcess weekly accounts payable and manage payment schedulesSupport internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedulesProvide backup support to other accounting team members as neededSchedule:Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)Summer Hours (May 22 – Labor Day):Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AMQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareFamiliarity with ERP systems preferredDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work cross-functionallyMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningBenefits: The company offers a solid benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance (coverage levels may vary).If you're ready to grow your accounting career in a stable and supportive environment, send your resume to for confidential consideration.Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: $60000 - 70000 per year Location: Fort Worth, TX Apply for the job now!
