The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our remote telechat platform. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient support, while continually looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients using our remote telechat platform.- Respond to inquiries and provide technical support and solutions to clients via chat or phone.- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.- Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.- Follow up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide knowledgeable support to clients.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in information technology or related field is preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.- Strong aptitude for technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.- Experience with remote chat support tools is a plus.
