• 5 years of Power BI experience
• UX/UI, creating consistent dashboards and reports
• Databricks

Your responsibilities:

• Support our digitalization strategy by continuously innovating our data processes and following up on new developments in the data science field.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their strategies, objectives and tactics to develop and improve comprehensive data driven solutions.
• Gather requirements from clients and users (internal/external); research and design the desired user experience and interface (UX/UI).
• Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function, or product provided.
• Offer interpretation and insights on analytical findings for use by Executive Management and various stakeholders in support of formulating analytics enabled solutions.
• Be accountable for respective solution portfolio
• Implement and lead regular stakeholder governance meetings to present and propose actions.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Team player and able to work in a global multi-cultural matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure including back-end solutions (databases, ETL tools) and front-end applications (CRUD, visualization, reporting, dashboarding).
• Understanding of Business Objects, Enterprise Business Systems, Operational Technology.
• Outstanding data visualization experience; knowledge of BI tools (e.g.: MS Power BI).
• Solid experience in Project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
• Business skills and commercial awareness and experience with Business Process Management preferred.
• Experience in SQL, Power Query, Python.
