- Maintain vendor master data: Manage new and existing vendors as part of the overall vendor management program
- Data integrity reviews: Lead quality assessments to ensure data is accurate and complete
- Report monitoring: Monitor vendor master reporting and data to prevent and identify possible fraudulent activity
- Partner internally: Work with Accounts Payable team in risk management efforts along with Tax team to ensure all tax compliance requirements are met
- Maintain user procedures: Ensure consistent team processing and adherence to established internal controls by the team, knowing and teaching technique to apply for atypical, and occasionally reviewing the work of others on less complex activities
- Ensure compliance standards are met: Assure all tasks meet operational and banking compliance standards according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Payment Card Industry Standards, and other company guidelines

- BS/BA in Business, Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years relevant business experience (or demonstrated ability) required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly related to accounts payable
- Ability to perform, interpret, and apply mathematical/financial formulas and concepts
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and circumstances, and draw valid conclusions
- MS Office: Excel (above average), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- SAP or equivalent (FI, AFS, MM) preferred
