- Calling prospective and past clients
- Scheduling on-site visits with prospective clients
- Compose correspondence to clients
- Attend Client meetings and site visits as necessary
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our decor props and catering options to assist clients in selecting appropriate options for specific events
- Advise on general event logistics, timelines, schedules, and vendors
- Assist with proposal writing and pricing to meet client needs and expectations
- Facilitate the transfer of design contracts, payments, and deposits
- Communicate with other departments to ensure each is informed about event contracts and other pertinent information
- One Year of Customer Service Experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Multitasking and Planning
- Ability to Work in Fast-paced Environment
- Ability to Work Flexible Hours
- Experience in Food Service is Preferred
