Now, we are actively looking for a dynamic and results-driven iOS Team Lead to inspire and guide our talented iOS development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our iOS projects and aligning team efforts with the company's strategic goals. Your impact:

  • Guide, inspire, and empower the iOS development team to successfully achieve project objectives
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality iOS applications.
  • Establish and uphold coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines, ensuring your team produces high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Implement and manage observability tools to monitor app performance and ensure seamless reliability for end users.
  • Strategically organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation, ensuring every project milestone is achieved effectively.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives, aligning technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
  •  Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and the successful delivery of innovative features.

About you

  • At least 4+ years of experience in iOS development.
  • Proficiency in Swift, UIKit (code-based auto-layout), Combine (Reactive Programming), Core Data and Sockets.
  • Advanced debugging and profiling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase (Remote Configs, App Distribution, Crashlytics).
  • Strong understanding of Push Notifications and Unit Testing. 
  • Experience with CI/CD, Cocoapods.

Nice to have:

  • Leadership experience in ownership and mentorship.
  • Knowledge of Data Structures and experience with chat functionalities.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or AppsFlyer.
  • Experience with Apple HIG, StoreKit, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
