- Weekly Mileage: 2500 - 3000
- Home Time: 2 full days off every 2 weeks
- Trucks: Automatic, under 2 years old
- Shifts: Flexible day/night
- Bonuses: Monthly performance-based
- Training: Paid (3–4 weeks) for No Experience
- Freight: 100% no-touch
Pay Structure: During Trainee Program (4–5 weeks):
- $650 per week while running OTR with a mentor
After Completing Training (Solo Driver):
- Average weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,700
- Pay increases with performance and experience
Requirements:
- Must have valid CDL-A License
- NO SAP
- 21+ years old
- MVR reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor and 53' dry van trailer safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
- Conduct PTI to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and deliveries, following company policies.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism while representing the company on the road.
