We’re currently looking for a US-based, certified HR Consultant to join us on a part-time basis (~10 hours/week) and help support the smooth operation of our people systems during a transition phase. What you’ll handle:
- Maintain and manage tools like Gusto (payroll & benefits), Guideline (401k), eVerify, Remote, Checkr, and CorpNet
- Ensure compliance with US HR practices
- Support smooth onboarding/offboarding flows
- Keep our HR documentation sharp and organized (Google Drive)
- Be a trusted partner in all things people-related
What we’re looking for:
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Based in the US, with experience in multi-state compliance
- Tech-savvy and organized (you know your way around HR platforms)
- Bonus: Experience supporting remote teams
- Someone who vibes with a culture of clarity, ownership, and no fluff
