This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and client databases.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely data processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data according to company policies.
- Generate basic reports and summaries based on entered data when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong typing skills (at least 50 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
