Company DescriptionOn Call Specialist The On Call Specialist is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties. Specialists will answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner and respond quickly to their needs. Communicate changes in Client Shifts to the Client(s) and CAREGiver(s) and keep a log of all on-call activities. Demonstrate open and effective communication with the owner and other team members.
