As we grow, we’re committed to building a strong, collaborative team—starting with the people who help make it all happen. We’re looking for a motivated and organized HR Specialist to join our team remotely and help shape the employee experience across hiring, onboarding, compliance, and team support. What You’ll Do As an HR Specialist, you’ll work directly with leadership to maintain smooth and compliant HR processes, build a strong company culture, and support team members through every stage of their journey at ROSI. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Help resolve employee issues and support internal communications
  • Partner with department leads on hiring needs and role development
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or generalist roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Knowledge of labor law and remote team best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
