About the Role
Are you passionate about education and professional development? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education Facilitator to help us implement high-quality online continuing education courses approved by AOTA and ASHA. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with a background in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health, or Child Development, who thrives on collaboration, communication, and supporting lifelong learning.
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Relationship Building
- Identify and engage prospective educators and course participants.
- Build positive relationships to drive enrollment and engagement.
- Webinar Hosting & Course Coordination
- Plan, manage, and host live webinars with guest speakers.
- Handle registration, setup, logistics, and technical support.
- Collect feedback and track webinar performance.
- Marketing & Outreach
- Promote events using email marketing, social media, newsletters, PR, and affiliate networks.
- Support brand awareness and course visibility.
- Communication & Customer Support
- Communicate with learners and presenters before, during, and after events.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Attention to Detail & Data Management
- Review and edit course content and communication materials.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Use data to improve processes and enhance participant experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in education, therapy, or professional development fields preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom), email marketing tools, and social media.
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
