Senior Trader
We're building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are looking for a Senior Crypto Trader with around 6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale quickly into a Head of Trading role. What You’ll Do:
- Run your own crypto trading strategy from day one
- Full ownership: from idea to execution, including risk and performance tracking
- Optimise and operate ultra-low latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategies
- Scale P&L and build out infrastructure around your trading edge
- Help shape the future structure and direction of the trading business
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently live with a crypto strategy — or has done so recently
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk
- Hands-on with Python/C++ for rapid development and testing
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution and leadership potential
- Available to start within 6 months max (non-compete OK)
Compensation:
- Base up to $200K USD
- Strong P&L share
