Position Summary: As a Restaurant Server,/ Bartender you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests enjoy a delightful dining experience. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and dedication to excellent service will contribute to our restaurant's success. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maximize guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous restaurant service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
