The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and sourcing talent, as well as a strong understanding of the food industry. Low performers earn 60k per year and top performers can earn up 15k per month working part time with The Operations Leadership Agency. Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for leadership positions in the food industry
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Negotiate and close job offers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food industry
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing talent in the food industry
- Strong understanding of the food industry and its workforce needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various recruiting software
