About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Developer/Data Analyst. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, data, and building scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software applications, analyze data sets, and drive business decisions through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: As a Software Developer:

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.

As a Data Analyst:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Work with SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Support decision-making by presenting data findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business units to align data strategy.

Requirements: Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Experience with front-end (React, Angular) or back-end (Node.js, Django) frameworks.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • For Data Analyst roles: experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred (internships count).
  • Open to recent graduates with strong project or internship experience.
