Transcriptionist / typist to type up old letters
I have around 70 pages of old letters written on a typewriter. Many are extremely clear and easy to read but the font and style isn’t pleasant so it will be nice in a newly converted format like Microsoft WORD. Some pages are worn out and difficult to read and so some transcription experience with this will be helpful. There are some portions that are written in a different language (German) and it’s ok if you cannot translate those portions but if so indicate so as a place holder. If you are able to have the German transcribed and translated as well (into English) that would be great but we should format those portions differently so we can know it was transcribed and converted. These were letters each with a date etc, I would like to keep that structure but add a table of contents to find each one. It’s ok if you don’t do this and I do this afterwards separately along with me adding an index to find certain topics. Apply Job!
