- Conduct pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Maintain recruitment administration and systems ( Workday) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants
- Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm
- Collect, prepare, and submit all necessary HR-related documentation related to new/existing employees;
- Help with relocation organization for candidates
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees/ candidates related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, onboarding, trainings, etc.;
- Remote position - all candidates must be based in Bulgaria
Your profile:
- Fluent level of English language– both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a HR / recruitment coordinator
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
- Proactive and being able to work in a team
- Strong relationship builder
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
