As our Oracle EBS Application Specialist, you will be responsible for developing recommendations to better align with leading practices, improve consistency between business lines and sites, and improve overall system efficiency. As our Application Specialist, you will lead the implementation of changes and ongoing continuous improvements, primarily focusing on Oracle Project Accounting, Costing, and Billing. WHAT WE OFFER ? WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR ? Experience: Significant experience with Oracle EBS Projects suite, specifically Project Billing, Project Costing and Project Manufacturing. Multiple implementations and/or several years of support experience. Experience in business processes related to managing and accounting for Project based businesses, such POC revenue recognition. ? Skills: Highly service-oriented, reliable, responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. Ability to prioritize work. Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies. ? Customer Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of leaders and staff. WHAT YOU?LL DO ? Actively supports a culture of lifelong learner, continuous improvement, mentoring, transfer of knowledge and service to the customer and co-workers. ? Reviews existing designs and recommends design and process improvements based on leading practice. ? Works with the business to identify and prioritize enhancements to existing application design. ? Ensures application environment integrity and availability. ? Works with business teams at each site to improve consistency of design and process, leveraging the best of solution components from each site and leading practices. ? Ensures that users requests are prioritized and executed to achieve the strategic goals of Avail. ? Maintains proficiency in current IT and business best practices. ?
