Job Description
The Executive Student Recruitment Team at our private school is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students, promoting the school’s unique programs, values, and community to families. This team works closely with admissions and marketing to create recruitment campaigns, organize open houses, and establish relationships with feeder schools and community organizations. The Executive Student Recruitment Team is expected to provide exceptional support and guidance to prospective families, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience throughout the admissions process. Ideal candidates are strategic, personable, and committed to showcasing the school’s strengths to build a diverse and engaged student body. Job Type & Salary Type: Full-Time Annual Income: $45,000.00 Pay Type: Hourly Benefits:

Job Responsibilities Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Managing Recruitment Campaigns
- Advanced Digital and Social Media Marketing skills
- Advanced Strategic Marketing and Outreach skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work both remotely and in-person

- Delegating and Implementing Recruitment Strategies
- Assist in Marketing and Social Media Campaign

- Reporting To School Leadership
- Creating Marketing Various Materials
- Completing Innovators Academic Network Training & Certification (required on-the-job training)
