As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dynamic college graduate to join their Operations team. Role Overview In this entry-level Operations Associate role, you’ll be the vital link between the firm and its clients, providing top-tier service and accurate information. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Specific Responsibilities:

• Operational point of contact for all clients
• Quality-control check all trades, wires, account openings, account maintenance items, and daily/weekly rates
• Receive and data-enter electronic and manual purchase and redemption transactions
• Open new accounts and input account maintenance items on the in-house recordkeeping system
• Maintain spreadsheets for internal recordkeeping and for clients
• Ensure accurate settlement of daily sweep activity for each client
• Monitor accounts using an online banking system to ensure all wires are received and sent out.
• Work closely with various departments within the company to satisfy client's needs and requests
• Process client and bank rate updates and perform bank opt-out requests
• Monitor the FDIC-insured sweep program to ensure proper allocation of funds and resolve issues with uninsured accounts

The Expertise They Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting preferred
• 1-2 years of internship or work experience in banking/financial services.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Team player capable of interacting across various departments.
