Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Medical Billing (RCM) Location: Remote – Open to All Locations in the USA Employment Type: Freelance / Contractual (Part-Time or Full-Time) Company Overview: Medcare - Health Business Solutions is a growing provider of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing services, committed to helping healthcare providers streamline operations and maximize revenue. We partner with hospitals, clinics, and independent practices to deliver efficient, accurate, and reliable RCM support. Position Summary: We are looking for motivated and self-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) across the USA to help us expand our client base. This is a freelance or contractual role with flexible hours—ideal for both experienced professionals in the medical billing space or freshers looking to gain experience through part-time or freelance work. Your main role will be to identify, approach, and onboard new healthcare providers—including hospitals, clinics, and physicians—who need support with their billing and RCM processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential healthcare clients in your network or local area (hospitals, clinics, private practices)
  • Reach out to doctors, practice managers, and hospital administrators to pitch Medcare’s RCM services
  • Understand client needs and present tailored billing solutions
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings between prospects and internal operations team
  • Maintain communication with leads throughout the onboarding process
  • Meet agreed targets for outreach and conversions

Requirements:

  • Experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare business development is a plus
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently with a performance-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare system is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome
