Protera Health is seeking part-time physical therapists to deliver exceptional virtual orthopedic care to patients nationwide—all from the comfort of home. We empower patients through education, personalized home exercise programs, and real-time communication with care teams. Our goal is to help individuals with back, neck, and joint pain regain function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Position Summary As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in delivering patient-centered MSK care through telehealth visits, asynchronous communication, and collaborative clinical discussions. This role is ideal for proactive, compassionate, and tech-savvy Physical Therapists eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and follow up visits via telehealth.
• Provide PT diagnosis of MSK conditions using comprehensive patient information.
• Manage your caseload, ensuring that patients are engaging and progressing in the program
• Leverage digital tools to engage with patients outside of scheduled appointments
• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary team members to review patient outcomes and progress.
• Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, after 5pm EST, and/or weekends to accommodate patient needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and digital health solutions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telemedicine.
• Background in health-tech and/or multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• 10-15 hours of availability per week.

Logistics

• Multiple positions available
• Work Environment: Remote, requiring a clean, well-lit space with a stable internet connection.
• Rate: $45-$50 per hour
