- Assist clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences.
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
- Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their trips.
