As a Remote Customer Agent (Entry Level), you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core responsibilities will include handling inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining accurate data entry. Your strong communication skills and phone etiquette will be essential in fostering positive customer interactions. Additionally, your premium skills in multilingual communication and sales will enhance our outreach efforts. With relevant experience in Microsoft Office and call center operations, you will contribute significantly to our mission of exceptional client service in a remote setting. Key Duties: Reach out and interact remotely with possible customers. Evaluate customer requirements and needs in detail. Outline the benefits and specifics of the programs that are available. Give precise information and properly respond to client questions. Ensure that the enrollment and application processes go smoothly. Keep accurate records of all interactions and statuses by utilizing CRM software. Workflow should be independently managed to achieve enrollment goals. Qualifications:
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- Proven customer support and client services experience
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Experience in call center environments and outbound calling
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Basic analysis skills and cash handling experience preferred
- Competent typing skills and general computer proficiency
Details of the Contract and the Pay Structure: Pay for this position is entirely dependent on performance and is based on commission only.
