Responsibilities: Maintain, support, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including - firewalls, routers, switches and wireless network Perform network diagnostics using various troubleshooting tools, including, but not limited to Embedded tools and Wireshark packet captures. Perform analysis of zone-based firewall policies. Work closely with compliance officer on various cyber security initiatives. Collaborate with various Vestas global counterparts on technological initiatives. Coordinate with customer and Vestas global IT support team to build VPN connectivity. Work with vendors on evaluating new technology and solutions and resolving any significant incidents and problems with systems already in use Supervise multiple projects including implementation of new hardware and software as required Additional responsibilities may include other tasks or projects as required Essential Functions: Setup site SCADA system network Coordinate change requests Assess technical drawings for accuracy/viability Generate and maintain technical drawings and documentation Identify commercial opportunities within customer requests Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VPN, VLAN, DMZ connectivity

Qualifications

CCNP, Or Higher Required 5+ years in a support role, with heavy emphasis on network technologies, i.e, routers, switches, firewalls. In-depth experience with firewall configuration Professional knowledge with Cisco & Hirschmann network hardware and LAN/WAN/VLAN connectivity Experience The Wind Or Energy Sector Preferred. Previous experience with standardization and documentation. Experienced with the use of documentation and diagramming tools.
