About the Role: We are seeking skilled Special Education Instructors to provide virtual instruction to students across Arizona. Each caseload varies by district, and duties may include case management, direct intervention, student support, and IEP collaboration. Openings are available for both the current school year and the 2025-2026 academic year, with schedules that adapt to your availability. Responsibilities: • Design and implement virtual instruction tailored to each student’s learning needs. • Develop, monitor, and update IEPs, tracking student progress and adjusting strategies accordingly. • Provide case management and intervention services as required by assigned districts. • Engage with students, families, and educators to foster a supportive learning environment. • Utilize virtual tools and digital platforms to enhance instruction and maintain records. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred). • Certification: Active Arizona Special Education teaching certification. • Fingerprint Clearance: IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required. • Experience: Experience with diverse student populations, preferably in a virtual setting. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital education tools. • Time Management: Ability to balance multiple caseloads in a remote setting.
