The Careers Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Disney talent acquisition strategies and processes. This position requires a strategic thinker who can partner effectively with various stakeholders to attract and retain top talent across different sectors of our business. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and enhance Disney employer brand through innovative talent attraction initiatives.

•

  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to build a robust talent pipeline.

•

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

•

  • Conduct regular assessments of recruitment strategies to identify areas for improvement.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•

  • Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, preferably in a large, diverse organization.

•

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.

•

  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.

•

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

•

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

•

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience: •

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•

  • Previous experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus.

• Working Hours: •

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and varying workloads as needed.
