Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Fully Remote Leading software company is currently seeking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a temporary and fully remote opportunity! Pay Rate of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator: $28/hr Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator: • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams, including reserving conference rooms and arranging travel as needed. • Confirm availability of internal staff and external participants for candidate interviews. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a professional and positive approach. • Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. • Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator: • 1-3 years Scheduling Support experience • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook • Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience preferred • Experience with applicant tracking tools and databases preferred Talent Acquisition Coordinators apply today!
