Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential new markets and growth opportunities. Provide leadership and guidance to regional leaders to drive global consistency and alignment. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Identify and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for global operations. Communicate and present strategic plans and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the global strategy and operations team.
