Team Leader

We are looking for a team leader who is passionate about helping our customers while leading their team to success.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience, preferably in a retail setting. They must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they must be able to lead a team by example and motivate them with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for their work. Responsibilities: Lead a team of employees while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies that improve customer service and team performance. Monitor team performance and ensure goals are met. Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work. Provide ongoing training and development for team members. Create a safe and positive work environment for team members. Foster collaboration amongst team members. Communicate with upper management and other store departments.
