The ideal candidate will have focused experience representing financial institutions, investment firms, and other lenders in the financing of commercial properties, including ? Office buildings ? Shopping centers ? Hotels ? Industrial warehouses and storage facilities ? Multifamily housing ? Other commercial real estate assets Experience with CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) and/or CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) lending is a plus.
