Role: Salesforce Business Analyst (With Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service BA) Duration: Long Term Location: Irvine, CA Job Description: - ? Need a hands-on Salesforce BA similar who can work as traditional BA but also has a good understanding of Salesforce functionalities and limitations. ? Must have minimum 8-10 years experience as Salesforce BA preferably with experience in service cloud or alternatively FSL or Communities Cloud. ? Must have excellent communication skills and capable of running user requirement sessions with senior business stakeholders; writing user stories; backlog refinement. ? Must know what limitations are possible in Salesforce example process flows, triggers, workflows vs customization. ? Must have Lifesciences experience working in a Regulated environment. ? Nice to have experience with Medical Devices Industry. ? Good understanding of Agile and Safe principles and how his role as a BA will work in such model8. ?
