We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of cargo. Responsibilities ? Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. ? Load and unload packages, ensuring items are secured properly during transit. ? Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each shipment. ? Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. ? Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. ? Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety. ? Assist in moving heavy items as needed, demonstrating physical capability for heavy lifting. Skills ? Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver?s license. ? Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. ? Experience operating forklifts is a plus for loading and unloading tasks. ? Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. ? Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks efficiently. ? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing deliveries effectively. ? A proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.
