Exhibits the key nursing proficiencies outlined by the establishment to promote effective and efficient healthcare practices. ? Engages in the initial evaluation session and continuously reassesses the patient's nursing needs. ? Embarks on creating the plan of care and appropriate revisions. ? Delivers services that mandate a considerable level of specialized nursing skills. ? Commences the necessary preventive and recuperative nursing procedures. ? Produces patient visit summaries and care conference reports promptly and in compliance with Agency procedures. Qualifications ? One must have a current RN license, a temporary RN license, or a compact RN license from the State Board of Nursing before being hired and must retain a valid licensure for RN duties. ? CPR required. ? The position mandates a minimum of one year of recent, documented experience as a licensed RN. ? Recent licensure and experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation centers are strongly encouraged. Benefits ?
