Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. 3PM - 11PM Monday - Friday Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Free employee Black Card Membership including one free Black Card Membership for a direct family member Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. ? Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script ? Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. ? Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner ? Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system ?
