Experienced Tax Credit Property Manager
Position Summary: We?re seeking an experienced and driven Tax Credit Property Manager to lead a well-established affordable housing community in Camp Verde, Arizona. Tax Credit Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. Maintain accurate tenant files, conduct audits, and prepare for inspections. ? Financial Management: Manage property budgets, monitor rent collections, process invoices, and deliver timely financial reports. ? Leasing & Marketing: Drive occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies, ensuring a minimum of 90% occupancy. ? Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance teams, oversee timely repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs. ? Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support on-site staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a positive, productive work environment. ? Resident Relations: Act as the main point of contact for residents, resolving concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. ? Compliance & Reporting: Stay current with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Submit necessary reports accurately and on time. Qualifications: ? Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Property Manager, specifically managing Tax Credit properties. Strong knowledge of LIHTC compliance required. ? Education/Certification: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. LIHTC certification required (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire). ? Skills: ? Strong leadership and team management skills. ? Excellent organizational and communication abilities. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.). ? Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. ?
