Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Skills ? Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. ? Experience in outbound calling and sales techniques is a plus. ? Proficient in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records. ? Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. ? Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with a broader customer base. ? Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations. ? Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
