Exhibit excellent guest service skills. , ? Present a calm demeanor that deters disruptive conduct and encourages positive interactions with guests. , ? Answer guest questions courteously and accurately or direct them to the appropriate resource. , ? Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers. , ? Multitask effectively, including greeting guests, tearing and scanning tickets, checking IDs, and answering questions. , ? Demonstrate effective sales techniques, including loyalty card sales and upselling. , ? Complete transactions accurately and thank guests after service. , ? Ensure the security of cash, receipts, and tickets. , ? Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectively. , ? Distribute and maintain Assisted Moviegoing Equipment. , ? Clean and maintain the theatre's interior and exterior areas. , ? Perform nightly custodial duties as necessary. , ? Control access to the theatre and monitor auditoriums for quality and audience behavior. , ? Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties. , ? Follow all safety procedures and instructions for chemical use. , ? Maintain regular attendance for scheduled shifts. , ? Assist with other Crew functions as directed. Requirements ?
