Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team at 1861 Distillery. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities ? Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. ? Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. ? Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. ? Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Requirements ? Previous restaurant/bar experience preferred but not required. ? Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. ? Clean, professional appearance.
