The selection, employment, instruction, mentoring, confirmation, acknowledgement, evaluation, and upskilling of each team member responsible for directly supporting the efficient and Petco-compliant operation of the Pet Care Center, as well as the proper execution of selling and service tactics fall under this position's realm of responsibility. ? Incorporate Petco selling behaviors into the weekly schedule to maximize the coverage of the sales floor and provide an enhanced guest experience. ? This assistant plays a critical role in the Pet Care Center partnership with the operations team by ensuring consistent replenishment and brand standards. ? Work Environment: The pet care center assistant job requires weekend availability and the ability to work during crucial sales hours.
