Spherion Staffing is hiring a qualified Supply Chain Customer Service Representative for a company in Graham, TX! The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through supply chain while providing excellent customer service. This position will utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage purchasing, receiving, order entry, production orders, and job card processing. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, $15-20/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management: o Utilize the ERP system to create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies. o Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules. o Coordinate with vendors to track order status and resolve any delivery issues. o Process receiving transactions in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. o Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and receiving activities. Customer Service: o Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently. o Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information. o Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and in person. o Resolve customer complaints and issues o Maintain accurate customer information within the ERP system. Production Support: o Generate production orders from customer orders or inventory requirements. o Process job cards and track production progress. o Collaborate with production personnel to ensure timely completion of orders. o Assist in maintaining accurate production data within the ERP system. ERP System Management: o Become proficient in utilizing the company's ERP system for all assigned tasks. o Identify and report any ERP system issues to the ERP Coordinator. o Participate in ERP system training and updates as required. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Skills: - Proactive problem-solver - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. - Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly. Education: Associate Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: ??? Proven experience in supply chain, customer service, or a related field. ??? Experience working with an ERP system ??? Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ??? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
