The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with CA LISA tools, leveraging service virtualization techniques to improve business operations and service delivery. As part of our professional services team, you will play a key role in enabling our clients to achieve operational efficiency and optimize the quality of their software testing and development environments. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize CA LISA to create, manage, and optimize virtual services for testing, development, and integration purposes. • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement service virtualization solutions that address their business and technical needs. • Build and maintain virtual services that simulate the behavior of critical business systems and external services for end-to-end testing. • Analyze and troubleshoot performance and integration issues, ensuring smooth and reliable virtualized service environments. • Design and document technical solutions, including architectural diagrams and implementation plans, to guide clients through the virtualization process. • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on best practices and effective use of service virtualization tools. • Assist in integrating service virtualization with CI/CD pipelines to improve development and test cycles. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of service virtualization solutions. • Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in service virtualization and related technologies. Key Requirements: • Proven experience working with CA LISA or similar service virtualization tools. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in service virtualization concepts, techniques, and best practices. • Experience in designing and implementing service virtualization solutions for complex environments. • Understanding of software testing methodologies, including integration and system testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. • Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative settings. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies. • Experience in integrating service virtualization with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
