Loan IQ Business Analyst - Charlotte, NC
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Loan IQ Analyst to join their team. As a Loan IQ Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Loan Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Loan IQ Analyst Location: Dallas, TX/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid/On-site) Pay Range: $63-$68/hr (W2) What's the Job? Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot back-end processes within Loan IQ. Handle complex transaction processing in Loan IQ, including booking, amendments, and rollovers. Work with Loan IQ APIs to enable integration with upstream and downstream systems. Perform root cause analysis and resolve system or transaction-related issues. Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. What's Needed? Strong back-end expertise in Loan IQ with a focus on transaction processing. Proven experience working with Loan IQ APIs, including development support and integration. Solid understanding of loan servicing operations, including bilateral and syndicated loans. Proficiency in working with APIs, including RESTful or SOAP APIs.
