F & I Manager POSITION INFORMATION: The F&I Manager is responsible for securing new and used motorcycle sales, offer all F&I products, arrange beneficial financing, and ensuring excellent customer service to every customer. Reports to the Sales Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Secure all Bike deals. • Protect the front end gross. • Maximize F&I income. • Secure financing through dealer approved lenders. • Ensure all deals are billed according to company policy. • Ensure all deals are funded on a timely basis according to dealership policy. • Review and reconcile all charge-backs with individual funders’ monthly reserve statement. • Help salespeople close deals as directed by the Sales Manager. • Ensure all deals are SWR’d according to Harley-Davvidson’s standards and dealership policy. ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist and attend sales/training meetings as directed by the Sales Manager. • Maintain dealership finance, warranty, and insurance penetration percentage standards. • Maintain dealership F&I income P.R.U. standards. • Ensure that personal customer satisfaction ratings are at or above dealership and Harley-Davidson standards. • Verify funds/down payment according to dealership policy. • Rehash deals to secure financing for customers. • Establish and maintain good working relationships with active finance sources. • Protect the dealership by minimizing it’s exposure through proper paperwork administration. • Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments. · Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales. QUALIFICATIONS: College degree or equivalent work experience. Two years of automotive/motorcycle sales experience. Valid in-state driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance company guidelines. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication and closing skills.
