Full Time LPN

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. • Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns. • Assist with patient assessments and development of care plans. • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans. • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies. • Assist with training and supervision of nursing assistants and other staff members. Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Compassionate and patient demeanor. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
