Our Client Reporting Technology (CRT) technology team is looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. You will own the Test Automation planning, preparation, and execution as part of the CRT team supporting the launch of new letters products for retail and advised clients. The ideal candidate has several years of experience as a SDET and a proven track record of Test Automation success in an Agile, fast paced environment, as well as a solid background in Financial Services / Investing. This is an opportunity for a talented programmatic tester to join a growing engineering team within Client Reporting Technology and help our client's own their tomorrow. What you have Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar area of study • 5+ years of strong, demonstrable experience in test automation as a software developer or SDET • 3+ years of working knowledge with Data bases and cloud infrastructure. • 3+ years of SQL experience (candidate should be able to write and decode complex SQL statements, SQL views and stored procedures) • 2+ years of programming knowledge with experience in C#, Java, or Python • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its relevance to QA process • Comfortable with the full Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Bitbucket) Preferred Qualifications: • Good understanding of investment/trading life cycle, use cases, and data requirements to support the lifecycle. • Full proficiency with testing RESTful web services using tools like Postman. • Familiar with parsing JSON and XML. • Experience in UI automation testing using Selenium. • Experience in Snowflake testing. • Experience with enterprise automation tools (i.e., Control-M) • Experience with cloud Computing technologies (AWS, GCP, PCF etc.) In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
