Responsibilities • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. • Support clients with medication management as per care plans. • Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. • Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals, adjusting as necessary based on client needs. • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. • Document daily activities, changes in condition, and any concerns to communicate with family members or healthcare providers. Requirements • Previous experience in patient care or home community care is preferred. • Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is a plus. • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial. • Ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. • Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others. • Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to changing client needs. • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
