Business Architecture

The Senior Analyst, Business Architecture is responsible for supporting the future process design for Fidelity. This role will analyze and validate opportunities to digitize Fidelity’s operating system, impacting tens of thousands internal operating associates, through re-engineering and effective use of technologies. It will require strong collaboration with business and technology partners both within Enterprise Technology and the various business units throughout the firm. Advanced Process Solutions plays a meaningful role in helping guide Fidelity towards a digital operating model future state, in which digital is encouraged over paper, client interactions are digitized and automated, and operating associates are focused on complex, high value work. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role will lead and support the analytical review for joint APS & Business Partner initiatives & roadmaps, using outcome-oriented approaches and tools that enable high quality decision making. As a senior analyst, you blend business knowledge, problem solving skills, and technology expertise with a passion for influencing and collaborating with others. In an agile structure you will partner with business partners to define and implement consistent practices and standards for the specialized skills and expertise of your CoE. The Team We work in a highly matrixed operating environment, aligned within the Firm’s agile operating model and working with key business partners. You will work within APS’ Business Architecture Center of Excellence alongside team members and business partners from a range of backgrounds, including business process re-engineers / lean practitioners, solution architects, product teams, and others.
