Position: Full-time Salary, with benefits & company vehicle Job Description: As a T.E.A.M. Solutions Access & Security Team Leader, you will manage Enterprise Solutions projects and provide support to our highly regarded clientele. Key Responsibilities: • System Integration: Integrate access control systems with other security components, such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and intercoms. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure network connectivity and compatibility. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all installations, upgrades, and repairs. Generate reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or vulnerabilities detected during routine checks. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the proper operation of access control systems. Educate clients and staff on security protocols, access policies, and best practices for maintaining a secure environment. • Team Leadership: Be a mentor and technical resource for junior field technicians. Provide guidance, assistance, and knowledge transfer to ensure the team's professional growth and adherence to industry standards. Ensure projects are properly designed, order parts, coordinate project execution, and manage profitability. • Compliance and Security Audits: Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure access control systems meet industry regulations and standards. Participate in security audits and contribute to the development of security policies and procedures.
